Levity Charters, LLC (“Levity Charters,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Florida limited liability company operating as an air charter broker. We operate the website at levitycharters.com (the “Site”).

The operating carrier is responsible for its own use of your data in connection with the flight.
4.2Service Providers

When personal information is no longer required, we will securely delete or anonymize it.
