When it's actually worth it

Charter makes the most sense for trips where a commercial itinerary genuinely can't do the job — same-day multi-city travel, routes to smaller airports without good commercial service, or trips where a delay has real downstream cost. It's a tool for specific high-value days, not a blanket replacement for every business trip.
